Piazzetta, Lake Como

Piazzetta is the new restaurant concept landing on the shores of Lake Como and the first born under the Cookerz signature reality name: an entrepreneurial project by Fabio Rovisi and Carolina Moro with Michelin-starred Chef Samuel Carugati, which includes the Cernobbio venue-along with the Krone restaurant and Celeste Bistrot in St.Moritz-to promote values such as the continuous search for high quality standards, the link with the territory and the well-being, both of the guests and of the young and close-knit team. An "Italian-style" tapas bar, Piazzetta offers cuisine that is traditional and refined at the same time: a reinterpretation of grandmother's recipes in a bistro style, under the banner of sharing, which emphasizes the focus on the piazza as a gathering place par excellence. From the interior rooms that recall domestic environments to the intimacy that characterizes the secret garden of the dehors, the atmosphere of Piazzetta suggests the purpose of wanting to make the convivial experience of "feeling at home" unique and refined.
